In our classes, you’ll dive into a dynamic, full-body workout, simulating everything from running, biking, and weight lifting to kickboxing and more! Practically any exercise you do in a gym can be duplicated in the water—but here's the best part: you'll get greater intensity and range of motion without the joint stress and impact.
It’s the perfect non-impact trifecta, giving you the calorie-burning benefits of aerobics, the muscle-toning power of weights, and the limbering effects of stretching, all while improving your overall physical fitness!
Session Details:
- Class Length: 60 Minutes
- Sign Ups: Month-long sign-ups, sorry, no individual days are able to be purchased
- Policy: Please note, there are no refunds or transfers between sessions
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first session starts to allow time for check in.
Please leave the facility promptly after class ends.
- Flotation belts, barbells and kickboards will be available for your use
- Please bring a baseball or broad brimmed hat
- Spectators are not permitted
- The Acalanes union High School District reserves the right too refuse service
