Our shallow water walking class offers the perfect blend of therapeutic movement and challenging resistance. Boost your metabolism, increase flexibility, and strengthen your heart—all without the jarring impact of a dry-land workout.

To participate in this class, we recommend you bring the following items with you! 

  • Hat
  • Sunscreen
  • Water shoes (recommended) or a pair of socks
  • Wetsuit top (long-sleeve may be the best idea, you will be in shallow water)

 

Deep Water Aerobics : 

Get ready to make a splash! Deep Water Aerobics classes are the fun and refreshing workout you've been searching for. Why limit your fitness to dry land when you can harness the power of water as your ultimate gym?

In our classes, you’ll dive into a dynamic, full-body workout, simulating everything from running, biking, and weight lifting to kickboxing and more! Practically any exercise you do in a gym can be duplicated in the water—but here's the best part: you'll get greater intensity and range of motion without the joint stress and impact.

It’s the perfect non-impact trifecta, giving you the calorie-burning benefits of aerobics, the muscle-toning power of weights, and the limbering effects of stretching, all while improving your overall physical fitness!
